Raising 3 beautiful (now adult) children reinforced the patience and understanding needed to deal with any situation coming my way...and trust me...there were many opportunities to hone my skills. I worked for the Yreka Elementary School for 13 years as a Para-Professional Teacher's Assistant, Title I Reading Teacher, Counselor, and a State Examiner for the No Child Left Behind Program. After my children went into High School I began working as a City Letter Carrier for the U.S. Postal Service and also a Supervisor throughout Siskiyou County. |

Director of First Impressions - The first face or voice a prospective buyer hears when walking into our custom-built, high end, Kihei office. We have a full time receptionist that will assist us to ensure you have full customer service at our offices from messaging, faxing and more.
Office Administrator - makes sure all of our contracts are in order and our paperwork is complete for closing. You know your escrow will go smoothly with the Fine Island Properties team effort.
Lynne Woods - Team Coach. Lynne assists us to be at our “personal best' at all times. She is our advocate and helps us to continue to succeed at a high-level. She regularly receives training from the national Keller Williams Realty headquarters in Austin Texas.
Bev Will - our Broker in Charge oversees and review all Maui KW agents’ contracts for accuracy, clarity, and to catch any “red flags', and to ensure your listing agreements and purchase offers are the best they can be.
Bill Woods - Principal Broker, oversees and mentors all the agents at Keller Williams Realty Maui and all the agents on Oahu, Kauai and the Big Island of Hawaii. With over 30 years experience Bill is a tremendous asset to the entire Hawaii KW team of agents.
